Place your order with the dealer
Contact the dealer or visit the store to place your order. The dealer will be happy to help you with availability, advice and service.

Service & Repair

How can I return a product?

At Human Comfort we attach great importance to quality and durability. Should you unexpectedly notice a defect or fault in your product, we will be happy to help you solve this.

For all questions and service requests, you can contact an authorized Human Comfort dealer . Service and warranty requests are always handled by our dealers, because we do not offer direct sales or repair handling via our webshop.

Service & Repair

If you notice a defect or malfunction in your Human Comfort product, you can also contact one of our authorized dealers. They will assess the problem and help you with the necessary service or repair. If replacement parts are needed, the dealer can order them from us - if available.
