For all questions and service requests, you can contact an authorized Human Comfort dealer . Service and warranty requests are always handled by our dealers, because we do not offer direct sales or repair handling via our webshop.

If you notice a defect or malfunction in your Human Comfort product, you can also contact one of our authorized dealers. They will assess the problem and help you with the necessary service or repair. If replacement parts are needed, the dealer can order them from us - if available.

I bought an outdoor rug, but the free carrying bag is missing. What should I do?
We're sorry to hear your rug isn't quite complete! The free carrying bag is missing. Sales of the rugs were a huge success, and we were able to have additional rugs made for this season.
Because the production of the rugs and bags couldn't be completed simultaneously, we decided to deliver the rugs to stores anyway, given the height of the garden and camping season. It's especially important that you can enjoy your outdoor rug.
The bags will go into production soon, and we can supply them to you later. Please fill in your details in the contact form below and specify which rug (item number or barcode) you're referring to.
We will then inform you immediately when this bag is available again and will be sent out.
